2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Bakhri P.S. Case No. 97 of 2023 registered for the offence under Sections 147, 341, 323, 307, 436, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, petitioner and other accused persons are set to have set fire to the hut of the informant.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has not committed any offence. Petitioner is in custody since 06.11.2024 and have clean antecedent. He further submits that one person has been injured and petitioner is not the author of the injury.

5. Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, this application for regular bail is allowed.

7. Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand)with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai/concerned Court below in connection with Bakhri P.S. Case No. 97 of 2023.
