Patna High Court CWJC No.6847 of 2017(3) dt.04-04-2018 2/2 CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 04-04-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners sand the State. The petitioners were ex-Supervisor/Instructor in Nonformal Education. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that for absorption of the services of erstwhile Supervisor/Instructor of Nonformal Education, a co-ordinate Bench of this Court by order dated 21.4.2011 in CWJC No. 8418/2010 has already decided the matter and the said decision was approved by the LPA Court in LPA No. 1489 of 2011 vide order dated 11.08.2015. The decision was even approved by the Apex Court in SLP No. 32279 (C ) of 2015.

In the above view of the matter, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to consider the case of the petitioners for absorption against class IV post in the light of the decision of the Writ Court in CWJC No. 8418 of 2010. The final decision in this regard must be taken within a maximum period of 60 days from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order. With the aforesaid, the writ petition stands disposed of.
