JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 26-06-2023 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 307/354B/380/420 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code. Specific allegation of assault is against other accused person. Petitioner is only alleged to be member of the mob and there is general and omnibus allegation of assault against the petitioner. Petitioner claims clean antecedent. Considering the aforesaid facts of the case, prayer for bail of the petitioner is allowed.
