JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER (Per: HONOURABLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE) 14-11-2019 Petitioner has prayed for the following reliefs:- "(A) To issue appropriate writ in the nature of Habeas Corpus commanding the official respondents to recover the minor daughter of the

Patna High Court CR. WJC No.406 of 2019(6) dt.14-11-2019 2/2 petitioner from the custody of respondent 2nd set and produce her before this Hon'ble Court.

(B) This Hon'ble Court may adjudicate and hold that it is the duty of respondent authorities to take all possible steps and recover the minor daughter of the petitioner soon after getting the information.

(C) To issue further appropriate writ/writs in the nature of mandamus directing to the official respondents authorities to provide security to the life and property of the petitioner and his other family members including his kidnapped daughter. (D) To grant any other relief or reliefs under the facts and circumstance of the cases under which the petitioner is entitled."

With the passage of time, as we are informed, the present petition has become infructuous inasmuch as, custody of Ms. Priti Kumari stands handed over to the petitioner, father of the victim.
