The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence under Sections 379, 356 of the Indian Penal Code. As per the prosecution case, two unknown persons riding on a scooty snatched the mobile phone of informant and fled away.

It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that name of the petitioner has surfaced during course of investigation. No incriminating article has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner and till date, he has not been put on T.I.Parade. Petitioner is in custody since 22.03.2021.

However, learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the prayer for bail and submitted that petitioner has got criminal antecedent and he is accused in as many as nine cases.

No.9178 of 2022(3) dt.17-05-2022 2/2 Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as period of custody and the fact that till date petitioner has not been put on T.I.P., the bail petition of petitioner is allowed. Let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M.-IV, Patna in connection with Gardanibagh P.S. Case No. 29 of 2021.
