A meager amount of Rs. 8,000/- per month has been awarded by the learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Bhojpur, Ara by way of interim maintenance to the respondent-wife which has been challenged by the petitioner in the present petition. The petitioner is the husband of the sole respondent.

Since the petitioner has approached this court against interim maintenance, I am not inclined to entertain the same. Accordingly this petition is rejected. However, the learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Bhojpur, Ara is directed to dispose the Maintenance Case No. 199 / 2014 in accordance with law within a reasonable time period preferably within four months from
