2. The present contempt petition has been preferred for compliance of the order dated 26.09.2019 passed in CWJC No. 19870 of 2019 by which direction was given to the District Programme Officer (Establishment), Buxar to pass an appropriate order.

3. A show cause on behalf of the opposite party no. 6 filed on 17.09.2020 is on record in which the order/memo no. 893 dated 14.09.2020 passed by the said opposite party no. 6 is

Patna High Court MJC No.401 of 2020(3) dt.23-02-2024 2/2 on record by which the claim of the petitioner has been negated.

4. Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that though the show cause was filed in the year 2020, today in the Court, the copy has been served upon him and as such, he never had this knowledge of the compliance of the order.

5. For such kind of attitude on the part of office of G.P.-20, a sum of Rs. 2,000/- is imposed as a cost which shall be paid to Mr. Rana Ishwar Chandra, Advocate, learned Counsel for the petitioner within a period of two weeks from today and the compliance report shall be filed in the office thereafter.

6. So far as the case is concerned, in view of the fact that order has been complied, the M.J.C. No. 401 of 2020 stands disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner, if he so wants to challenge the same.

7. List this matter on the 'TIED UP' day after two weeks to peruse the compliance report.
