2. The accused/petitioner is named in the FIR and apprehending her arrest in connection with Shampur P.S. Case No.75 of 2024 registered under Sections 341, 323, 307 and 504 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Allegation against the petitioner is to assault the informant and other family members along with other named accused persons, where occurrence is alleged to be arising out of neighbourhood disputes and differences. The alleged assault was made with intention to cause their death.

4. It is submitted by learned counsel appearing for the petitioner that the allegation against the petitioner is appearing very much general and omnibus. It is submitted that

No.8822 of 2025(2) dt.07-03-2025 2/2 as a matter of afterthought, the petitioner being the female member of family of main co-accused persons, implicated with present case, as it could collect prudently from the face of FIR. While concluding argument, it is submitted that petitioner is lady of clean antecedent.

5. Learned APP opposed the prayer of bail.

In view of aforesaid factual submissions and by taking note of nature of allegation qua physical assault, which prima facie appears very much general and omnibus against the petitioner, who is a lady of clean antecedent, accordingly, the petitioner, above-named, is directed to be released on bail, in the event of her arrest or surrender in the court below within a period of four weeks, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Munger in connection with Shampur P.S. Case No.75 of 2024, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the CrPC/under Section 482(2) of the BNSS.
