By orders dated 28.06.2019 and 21.06.2021, passed in Cr. Misc. No.24834 of 2019 and Cr. Misc. No.13307 of 2020 respectively, the prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected. By order dated 02.03.2022, report was called for regarding stage of trial in connection with S.T. No.158 of 2021, arising out of Mahishi P.S. Case No.132 of 2011. Perused the report at Flag 'X'.

Learned Sessions Judge, Saharsa has reported that charge has been framed on 11.02.2022 and at present the case is fixed for prosecution witness on 24.03.2022.

Taking into consideration the facts aforesaid and the fact that the petitioner is the main assailant, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail.

However, the learned trial court is directed to expedite the trial.
