The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Phulwari (Janipur) P.S. Case No.829 of 2004 registered under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code, pending in the court of Smt. Reshma Verma, Judicial Magistrate, Patna.

Earlier, the prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail was rejected by this Court vide order dated 24.03.2014 passed in Criminal Misc. No.39658 of 2013 on merit, which would appear from Annexure-'1' to this Application.

I find no fresh ground to reconsider the prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail. Accordingly, the prayer of the
