2. The petitioner in paragraph no. 1 of the present writ petition has sought inter alia following relief(s), which is reproduced hereinafter:

"That, this petition is for consideration and approval of her service as Science Teacher in school in question in terms of ratio decided by this Hon'ble Court and follow up decision by respondents themselves vide Memo No. 220 dated 03.03.2023 and Memo No. 309 dated 28.04.2023 to maintain equity and

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State informs that the petitioner has remedy before the Special Secretary, Secondary Education, as per the provision of Rule 15 of the Bihar State Non-Government Sanskrit School Teachers Service Conditions Rules, 2015 (hereinafter referred to as the 'Rules, 2015').

4. Rule 15 of the Rules, 2015, provides that teachers or Managing Committee, if aggrieved, by any of the decision passed by the Chairman of the Sanskrit Shiksha Board, the remedy lies before the Special Secretary, Secondary Education within a period of sixty days.

6. Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed of.
