The petitioner, who is in custody in connection with Ara Town P.S. Case No. 409 of 2015, registered for the offence punishable under Section 379 of the Indian Penal Code, has prayed for grant of bail.

It was submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that he was pillion rider on a stolen motorcycle. However, he was not having any connection with the theft. By way of referring to paragraph no. 3 of the petition he submits that petitioner is having clean antecedent.

Keeping in view the nature of accusation as well as clean antecedent of the petitioner, let the petitioner namely

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.52334 of 2015 (2) dt.03-12-2015 2/2 Ranjeet Kumar, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (rupees ten thousand ) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Ara, Bhojpur, in connection with Ara Town P.S. Case No. 409 of 2015.
