JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 14-02-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Bettiah Town P.S. Case No. 259 of 2018 for the offenses under Sections 25(1-b)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act and Section 40/414 IPC.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner was arrested on 7.4.2018 and as such petitioner has remained in custody for nearly 10 months. Considering the period of custody, the court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount
