The petitioner is in custody in connection with Bettiah Town P.S. Case No. 261 of 2018 for the offence under Sections 379, 411 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in the instant case one Honda Shine Motorcycle was stolen but no one seen the actual occurrence of theft of motorcycle. He submits that petitioner is in custody since 07.4.2018. Considering the period of custody of the petitioner i.e. for more than 10 months, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
