JUSTICE SANJEEV PRAKASH SHARMA ORAL ORDER 08-02-2022 Heard the parties through video conferencing. The petitioners seek bail in anticipation of their arrest in connection with Ben P.S. Case No. 175 of 2020 instituted for the offences punishable under Sections 307, 323, 341, 504 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Taking into consideration of the injured persons which are lacerated wounds of 13 cm x 0.5 cm x skin deep over mid frontal skull, lacerated wound of 5 cm x 0.5 cm x skin deep over left frontal skull, lacerated wound of 3 cm x 0.5 cm x skin deep over right parietal skull and abrasion over 2 cm x 1 cm over right lateral malleous. The doctor appears to have take notice of Section 320 of the Indian Penal Code and that other injuries on the lady is also by stick wound on the head, let the doctor give an explanation in this regard. However, the trial court ought to take an explanation of the concerned doctor.

Be that as it may, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

This application is dismissed.
