ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL ORDER 05-01-2015 Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and the State. The Petitioner seeks bail in a case instituted for the offence under Sections 392 and 411 of the Indian Penal Code. Considering that the Petitioner was caught at the spot with the stolen property as well as the observation of the Additional Sessions Judge-11th, Muzaffarpur with regard to the expediting the Trial, I am not inclined to grant bail to the Petitioner.
The prayer for bail is rejected.
In the meanwhile, the Trial Court is directed to send a list of the witnesses fixing specific dates for each witnesses for their examination along with a copy of this order to the Superintendent of Police concerned, who is directed to ensure the attendance of the witnesses on the date fixed by the Trial Court so
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.51622 of 2014 (2) dt.05-01-2015 2/2 that there is no further delay in the Trial.
