This application for regular bail arises out of Teghra P.S. Case No. 332 of 2019, disclosing offence punishable under Section 394 of the Indian Penal Code.

The FIR has been registered against unknown. The petitioner's name has surfaced on the basis of confessional statement of co-accused Raju Kumar. Allegedly, the said Raju Kumar and the petitioner snatched the cash, which the informant was carrying with him. The petitioner is in custody since 10.12.2019.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner has submitted that the said confessional statement of the coaccused has not led to recovery of any incriminating material

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.9255 of 2020(4) dt.02-06-2020 2/2 nor the petitioner has been put on T.I. Parade so far. Considering the above submission, this application is allowed. Let the petitioner, above-named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand), with two sureties of the like amount, each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai in Teghra P.S. Case No. 332 of 2019.
