2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Bhagwan Bazar P.S. Case No. 126 of 2024, registered for the offence punishable under Section 366(A)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per prosecution case, the petitioner and minor victim girl aged about 16 years was in a relationship and the allegation is of abducting the minor girl against this petitioner.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. Petitioner has clean antecedent and he is in custody since 16.07.2024.

5. Learned APP for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the aforesaid fact and also period of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.9983 of 2025(2) dt.06-03-2025 2/2 custody, this application is allowed.

7. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M. 1st Saran at Chapra/concerned court in connection with Bhagwan Bazar P.S.
