JUSTICE AKHILESH CHANDRA ORAL ORDER 28-01-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. This is third attempt made on behalf of the petitioner for the grant of regular bail in connection with Session Trial No. 1469/2012, arising out of Dhamdaha P.S. Case No. 69/2012 pending before Adhoc Additional Sessions Judge - V, Purnea, whose prayer was earlier rejected vide orders dated 03.10.2013 and 09.07.2014 respectively passed in Cr. Misc. Nos. 36803/2013 and 20999/2014.

Perused the report of the trial court received through letter no. 41 dated 15th January 2015. As is evident after examination of all nine charge-sheet witnesses cited in the charge-sheet, on the prayer of prosecution one injury report/injury register with

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.51612 of 2014 (3) dt.28-01-2015 respect to one of the injured Babli Kumari was called and in that connection only Doctor is left to be examined. Trial Court expects conclusion of the trial within three months.

In view of the above, this application stands disposed of with a direction to do all the needful to prove its expectation true.
