2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Vaishali (Belsar O.P.) P.S. Case No. 440 of 2024 registered for offences under Sections 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

3. 3297.6 liters of illicit liquor has been recovered from the truck. The name of the petitioner has come during investigation. He is accused in two more cases of Excise Act.

4. Considering the above, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

5. The application for anticipatory bail is, accordingly, dismissed.

6. The petitioner must surrender in the court below

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.10875 of 2025(2) dt.28-03-2025 2/2 within a period of four weeks from today and seek regular bail, if so advised.
