The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Aurai P.S. Case No. 198 of 2019 for the offence registered under Sections 304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The allegation is regarding the accused persons having killed the deceased victim lady on account of nonfulfillment of the demand for dowry. The learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted

No.8959 of 2020(2) dt.02-03-2020 2/3 that the petitioner no. 1 is the brother-in-law, petitioner no. 2 is father-in-law, petitioner no. 3 is mother-in-law, petitioner no. 4 is cousin mother-in-law and petitioner no. 5 is cousin father-inlaw of the deceased victim lady and they have been falsely implicated in the present case as are also having clean antecedents. The learned counsel for the petitioners has referred to paragraph no. 7 of the present petition to submit that the main accused i.e. the husband of the deceased victim lady is in custody and as far as the petitioners are concerned, they are living separately and have got no connection either with the deceased victim lady or her husband except being their relation.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case and considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, I deem it fit and proper to admit the petitioners herein for grant of anticipatory bail. Accordingly, the petitioners, above named, are directed to be released on anticipatory bail in the event of their arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M.-13th-cum-Sub-Judge-14th, Muzaffarpur in connection with Aurai P.S. Case No.
