1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State.

2. The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of her arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 126, 115(2), 109, 303(2), 352, 351(2), 3(5) of the BNS.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is a person with clean antecedent and is a woman and in sum and substance, the allegation is that a dispute arose in between the parties on account of the fact that calf of the accused persons including the petitioner grazed the vegetable field of the informant on account of which, an altercation took place and both sides assaulted each other. It is further submitted that from the side of the petitioner, Gahlor P. S. Case No. 51 of 2025 has been instituted against the informant and their side and allegation of assault is also not specific while Anu Priya is

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.9752 of 2026(2) dt.25-03-2026 2/2 alleged to have snatched the golden chain from the neck of the informant. It is further submitted that even injury of the informant and Deepak is simple in nature as would manifest from Annexure-3 to the anticipatory bail application.

4. Learned A.P.P. Sri Rabindra Kumar opposes the anticipatory bail application.

5. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and taking into consideration the fact that petitioner is a woman, the petitioner, above-named, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks, is directed to be released on bail on her furnishing bail-bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Trial Court where the case is pending/successor Court in connection with Gahlor P. S. Case No.52 of 2025, subject to the conditions laid down under Section 482(2) of the B.N.S.

6. The application stands allowed.
