The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Kotwali P. S. Case No. 93 of 2014 dated 26th January, 2014 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 395, 412 of the Indian Penal Code as well as 3 and 4 of the Explosive Substances Act and 27 of the Arms Act.

The prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected by this Court earlier on 22nd July, 2014 in Cr. Misc. No. 28112 of 2014.

For the reasons assigned in the aforesaid order dated

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.50963 of 2014 (2) dt.07-01-2015 2 / 2 22nd July, 2014, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the application is dismissed.
