The present writ petition has been filed for quashing the letter no. 209 dated 30.11.2019, issued by the Child Development Project Officer, Kochas (Rohtas) by which petitioner was ordered to deposit/submit records, register and mobile within 24 hour after receiving the letter in the office of C.D.P.O., Kochas.

3. Counsel himself submits that the beneficiary of the said letter under Annexure-6 have moved before this Court in C.W.J.C. No. 13213 of 2019 in which this Hon'ble Court vide order dated 03.07.2019 have passed an order that the petitioner shall represent before the District Magistrate and in the form of appeal, the District Magistrate, Rohtas shall dispose of this matter.

4. Counsel for the petitioner submits that till date, no order has been passed by the District Magistrate, Rohtas.

5. Counsel for State submits that since the matter is related to petitioner and private respondents No. 7, which is still sub-judice before the District Magistrate as mentioned by Counsel of the petitioner. Then in that case, this writ petition shall be disposed of and petitioner may be directed to place this Annexure-6 before the District Magistrate, Rohtas.

6. It transpires from the basis of pleading of the parties that the dispute is relating to Anganwadi Sevika in which contest is going on between the petitioner and Private Respondent No. 7 and earlier this Hon'ble Court has directed to the Collector to look into the matter vide order dated 03.07.2019 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 13213 of 2019 as mentioned by the Counsel for the petitioner that matter is still pending before the Collector, Rohtas.

7. In this view of the matter, this Court directs the petitioner to present Annexure-6 before him and the collector is directed to pass order considering the representation appeal after hearing parties within 90 days from the date of production of this order.

8. With the aforesaid direction, this writ petition
