The petitioner prays for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Bangara P. S. Case No. 140 of 2021 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 272 and 273 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

In view of the similar antecedent, the petitioner does not deserve anticipatory bail.

In view of the allegations levelled against the petitioner, this anticipatory bail application is not maintainable
