The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner would be satisfied in case he is granted a liberty to file representation before the respondent no.6 and the respondent no.6 may be directed to dispose of the representation of the petitioner within a specified time frame.
Accordingly, it is directed that the petitioner shall file a representation before the respondent no.6 regarding his grievances raised in the writ petition within a period of two weeks from today
Patna High Court CWJC No.11963 of 2018 (2) dt.10-10-2018 2/2 and the respondent no.6 is directed to dispose of the same within a period of four weeks thereafter.
The present writ petition is disposed of the aforesaid terms.
