JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 11-08-2022 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the State. Petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 353, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioners are alleged to have obstructed the Government officials in construction of sewage. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in this case. As a matter of fact, sewage construction was being done on the private land of the petitioners which was protested by them. Petitioners have got no criminal antecedent.
