A supplementary counter affidavit on behalf of the J.P. University, Chhapra has been filed. They have annexed an enquiry report as well as the action initiated against the two identified persons purportedly responsible for the delay.

It is hoped and expected that the action initiated against the two persons would be taken to its logical end. Learned senior counsel for the University, based on the stand taken in the counter affidavit, informs the Court that the University authorities are serious about reaching a conclusion in the

In view of the above, the writ application stands disposed of with a direction that the matter will be taken to its logical end by the University authorities.
