The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Kinjar P.S. Case No. 31 of 2017 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 419/420/467/468/471/120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.
In the written report, it is alleged by the informant that one Sudha Kumari was working in Primary School Azad Nagar on the basis of fake mark-sheet. The submitted mark-sheet of petitioner did not tally after verification from Bihar School Examination Board. Thereafter F.I.R. has been registered. Learned counsel for petitioner submits that petitioner has been made accused in this case because he was elected
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.9173 of 2019(2) dt.18-02-2019 2/2 Mukhiya at the relevant time and was member of the Selection committee. The other persons of the selection committee have been granted anticipatory bail by co-ordinate Bench of this Court by order passed in Cr. Misc. nos. 28239 of 2017 and 36737 of 2018.
Petitioner is in custody since 23.11.2018.
Considering the aforesaid, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Arwal, Dist.
