2. The present application has been filed seeking modification of order dated 16.11.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 42772 of 2019 by which the petitioners were admitted to anticipatory bail but directed to surrender before the Court below within four weeks from the date of the order, which was not complied with.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the Clerk of the Advocate in the Court below had died due to which they could not surrender within the time period fixed by the Court. It was submitted that soon thereafter the present case was filed.
4. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, the application is allowed. The time granted to surrender before the Court below vide order dated 16.11.2019 in Cr. Misc. No. 42772 of 2019, stands extended by three weeks from today.
