The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Mahila P.S. Case No. 20 of 2020 registered under Sections 498A, 34 of the Indian Penal Code and section 3⁄4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case.

Both the parties have compromised the case.

Further he submits that after compromising the present case, petitioner and his wife are living peacefully in the house of the petitioner, detailed as contained in Annxure-2 to the supplementary affidavit.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the
