The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Dehri (Dalmia Nagar) P.S. Case No. 403 of 2014 registered for the punishable under Sections 379 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It has been contended that the petitioner is neither named in the FIR nor any article has been recovered from his possession. In course of investigation, his name transpired on the basis of confessional statement of a co-accused. The petitioner is in custody since 13.10.2014.

No.51884 of 2014 (3) dt.04-03-2015 2 / 2 Regard being had to the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned S.D.J.M. Dehri, Rohtas in connection with Dehri (Dalmia Nagar) P.S. Case No. 403 of 2014.
