This is a petition for grant of regular bail in a case under Section 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code, under Section 1860 and under Section 27 of the Arms Act, 1959. It is alleged that a telephone call was received on the telephone of deceased and hence, a suspicion has been raised against the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the brother of the informant received a call which belongs to one Dharmendra Paswan and the petitioner has no connection in the alleged offence. He further submits that except suspicion, there is nothing against the petitioner.

Hence, having regard to the facts and
