2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Jhajha P.S. Case No. 423 of 2024 registered for offences under Section 96, 3(5) of the BNSS.

3. The petitioner is said to have been involved romantically with Nisha Kumari who has eloped with the petitioner after taking jewellery and cash etc. The petitioner claims clean antecedent.

4. Considering the aforesaid circumstances, this application for anticipatory bail is allowed.

5. Accordingly, let the petitioner, above-named, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks from today in the Court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like
