This is a petition for grant of regular bail for offence under Sections 302 and 201/34 of the Penal Code. Though the first information report is against unknown, but, the dead body of the victim recovered and it is stated that the deceased has been to the house of the petitioner along with his son, his son returned back and deceased was to return, but, did not come and except the suspicion there is nothing in the circumstantial evidence. There is no eye witness to the occurrence.
Hence, having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Sessions Trial No. 187A of 2000 arising out of Baheri P.S. Case No. 67 of 199 to the satisfaction of the Session's Judge, Darbhanga.
