The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 366A of the Indian Penal Code.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that he is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case. He submits that there is no specific allegation against the petitioner. He further submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.
