2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in a case registered for the offence under Section 395 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is a accused in a bank dacoity.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner has filed main copy of the supplementary affidavit saying that the charge has been framed on 18.03.2021. Petitioner is in jail since 22.11.2022

5. Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail and has submitted that petitioner has eight criminal antecedents.

6. Considering the criminal antecedents of the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.12943 of 2024(4) dt.10-04-2024 2/2 petitioner, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

7. Accordingly, this application for regular bail is dismissed.

8. The Superintendent of Police, West Champaran is directed to produce the witnesses on the dates fix in the Sessions trial and get the trial concluded at the earliest preferably within six months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
