2. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for offence under Sections 341, 323, 307, 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. The informant has alleged that on 22.07.2022 at about 6 PM, while he was alone at factory office, three miscreants came on a bike and one of them fired at him, but it did not hit him, rather one of the bullet hit the glass door of office, on account of which, informant sustained injury with broken glass pieces.

4. Name of the petitioner transpired during course of investigation. Petitioner has got 13 criminal antecedent, out of which, 9 are of similar nature.
