The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in connection with Ghanshyampur P.S. Case No. 69/2020, corresponding to G.R. No. 232/2020 instituted for the offences under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 379, 354, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is alleged to have assaulted one

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.19229 of 2021(2) dt.11-03-2022 2/3 Babusaheb Sharma specifically who has received only simple injuries. The mother of aforesaid Babusaheb Sharma also has been injured. Some other persons have also received injuries in the transaction but all such injuries are reported to be simple in nature.

There is a counter version of the occurrence also in which some of the members of the family of the petitioner have also been injured.

There is a pending land dispute between the parties.

Considering the afore-noted facts and taking into account that the petitioner does not have criminal antecedents, he is directed to be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt / production of a copy of this order, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Biraul, Darbhanga, in connection with Ghanshyampur P.S. Case No. 69/2020, corresponding
