In this case, the petitioner is seeking bail in connection with Dhansoin P.S. Case No. 52 of 2014 registered for offences under sections 354, 354(A)/376/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is not a perpetrator of crime, he happens to be father of the main accused person who is said to have been committed rape upon the victim. When the family members of the victim went to inform the petitioner, he in retaliation refuted and made a statement that his son will do whatever he wants.

The counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is 75 years old and he is in jail since 11th September

Looking to the nature of allegation, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned 1st A.D.J., Buxar in connection with in Dhansoin P.S. Case No. 52 of 2014.
