The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Sessions Trial No. 452 of 2014/88 of 2014 arising out of Sitamarhi P.S. Case No. 89 of 2014 registered for the offences punishable under sections 363 and 366-A read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Regard being had to the statement of the victim recorded under section 164 of the Code of Criinal Procedure, as contained in Annexure-2 to this application, the petitioner named above is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned 1st Additional Sessions Judge, Sitamarhi in connection with Sessions Trial No. 452 of 2014/88 of 2014 arising out of Sitamarhi P.S. Case No. 89 of 2014.
