The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Noorsarai P.S. Case No.241 of 2015 registered under Sections 25(1-B) A and 26 of the Arms Act.

The accusation is that on being arrested by the police, one revolver containing one live cartridge was recovered from the possession of the petitioner.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the petitioner having no criminal antecedent is in custody since 08.09.2015.

Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.51382 of 2015 (2) dt.21-12-2015 2/2 bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nalanda at Bihar Sharif, in connection with Noorsarai P.S. Case No.241 of 2015. Out of the two sureties, one must be close relative of the petitioner, who will file an affidavit giving genealogy as to how he/she is related with the petitioner.
