JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH ORAL ORDER 06-12-2017 The petitioner claims that he is one of the donors of Veer Kunwar Singh Mahavidyalaya, Chhatravijaynagar, Dharupur (Bikramganj), Rohtas. He has filed this writ application for a direction to the respondent University to constitute a fresh governing body of the said College, which is an affiliated College of Veer Kunwar Singh University, Ara.

It is the case of the petitioner that the erstwhile governing body of the College has been dissolved by virtue of general letter issued on 13.5.2016 by the Registrar of the University and the

Patna High Court CWJC No.254 of 2017 (2) dt.06-12-2017 2/2 College is accordingly functioning with an adhoc body. In the facts and circumstances of the case, I dispose of the writ application with a direction to the Vice Chancellor of the University to ensure that a governing body of the College is constituted in accordance with law within a period of six months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
