The petitioner has challenged the order passed by the Bihar Land Tribunal, Patna (for short 'BLT'). The BLT has passed the order after considering the entire facts. Moreover, learned counsel for the Respondent No. 4 has relied upon various documents including Register II. The records of Land Acquisition Case, the record of compensation and the judgment of this Court passed in Civil Review No. 214 of 2005.

Learned counsel for the petitioner in his rejoinder has failed to utter a single word against the aforesaid documents and

Patna High Court CWJC No.47 of 2018(4) dt.25-08-2022 2/2 his only submission is that the matter be remitted back to the D.C.L.R. for adjudication.

This Court does not find any illegality in the decision making process by the authorities and when the matter has been settled till the stage of D.C.L.R., Danapur, Patna, there is no need of interfering in the impugned order dated 19.07.2017 passed by the Bihar Land Tribunal, Patna in B.L.T. Case No. 613 of 2016.
