2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Sonpur P.S. Case No. 460 of 2024, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 325, 504, 506/34 of the IPC and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. As per allegation, 10-15 unknown persons, including the petitioner came to the informant's shop and started assaulting the informant's wife and son with lathi and danda, as a result of which, they sustained injuries. Thereafter, the petitioner fired four rounds and two empty cartridges were recovered.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is the son of the informant from his first wife. The informant has solemnized his second marriage and Sonu Kumar is his son from the second marriage. As a matter of fact, there is some land dispute between the parties. He has further submitted that two

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.10396 of 2025(4) dt.17-09-2025 2/2 cases mentioned in paragraph no. 3 have also been lodged by the informant and in those two cases, the petitioner has been granted bail. He has also submitted that none has suffered any kind of injuries.

5. On the other hand, learned APP for the State has opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks before the learned court below, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM, Saran at Chapra in connection with Sonpur P.S. Case No. 460 of 2024, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the CrPC/482(2) of the BNSS, 2023. (Nawneet Kumar Pandey, J) Nirmal/- U T
