JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 25-04-2023 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief:- "1.That this is an application on behalf of the petitioner for issuance of an appropriate writ(s),order(s), direction(s) for commanding ad directing the respondent authority to remove the encroachment made over the land of Dhamdaha-Banmankhi Main Road near Village + P.O. - Damgara, Ward No. 10 by

Patna High Court CWJC No.19369 of 2017(2) dt.25-04-2023 2/2 respondent no. 9 and further direct them to ensure that no encroachment may be made over the aforesaid road so that the local people may not suffer."

The learned counsel for the respondentState has submitted, on instructions, that the encroachment in question has already been removed.

At this juncture, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that if that be the case, the petitioner is not having any subsisting grievances, however, the petitioner be granted liberty to agitate his subsisting grievances by approaching the respondent authorities in case the encroachment in question resurfaces. Liberty so sought is granted.

The writ petition stands disposed off.
