This is the second attempt on behalf of the petitioner for grant of bail in connection with Shrikrishnapuri P.S. Case No.422 of 2022 registered for the offence under sections 302/34 and 120-B of the Indian Penal Code and under section 27 of the Arms Act. Earlier, the prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail has been rejected by this Court vide order dated 05.07.2024 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No.79523 of 2023.

The petitioner is alleged to have killed the deceased after hatching conspiracy.

The petitioner is in custody since 02.11.2022. 5.

Considering the period of custody of the petitioner, this bail application is allowed.

Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional District & Sessions Judge, IV, Patna / concerned Court below, in connection with Shrikrishnapuri P.S. Case No.422 of 2022, subject to the condition that he will cooperate in the trial and will appear himself or through his lawyer on each and every date fixed in the trial.
