This is the third attempt on behalf of the petitioner for grant of regular bail arises out of Pali P.S. Case No.54 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under sections 341, 323, 324, 307 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Earlier, the prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected vide order dated 12.03.2024 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No.14767 of 2024.

The petitioner and other accused persons are accused of assaulting the victim. The petitioner is in custody 11.01.2024 having clean antecedent.

Considering the nature of allegation levelled against the petitioner as well as his period of custody, this application is allowed.

Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned District & Additional Sessions Judge, IX, Jehanabad/ concerned Court below, in connection with Pali P.S. Case No. 318 of 2019.
