The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Sahajitpur P.S. Case No. 1 of 2019 registered under Sections 30, 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that similarly situated several co-accused persons have already been allowed bail by different Benches of this Court vide Cr. Misc. Nos. 47390 of 2019, 42554 of 2019, 16036 of 2019 and 57793 of 2019.

Having considered the above facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.16929 of 2019(8) dt.03-02-2020 2/2 within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional District and Sessions Judge-VI, Saran in connection with Sahajitpur P.S. case No. 01 of 2019 subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
