The petitioner seeks bail in Noorsarai P.S. Case No. 383 of 2020, registered for the offence punishable under Section 307 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code. As per the FIR, three persons including this petitioner pelted stones, as a result of which four persons sustained injuries. Co-accused Anil Yadav opened fire.

It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. Specific allegation of firing is against other co-accused. There is general and omnibus allegation of pelting stones against this petitioner. There is case and counter case. Petitioner is in custody since 04.11.2021. Investigation is complete.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case,

No.9516 of 2022(2) dt.18-04-2022 2/2 the petitioner above-named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned I/c Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate VII, Biharsharif, Nalanda in connection with Noorsarai P.S. Case No. 383 of 2020.
